foundation of the family unit. It addresses one of the most urgent global
realities: fractured homes, wounded identities, and generational cycles that
continue because they were never confronted.
This initiative brings language to what many feel but cannot
express - and provides a pathway forward.

BEFORE represents the internal world of a woman who has carried more than she was ever meant to carry alone.
She is strong—but often unheard.
She is present—but not always valued.
She gives—but is rarely replenished.
When a woman feels unappreciated in her role, the emotional weight does not disappear—it manifests. It impacts her spirit, her communication, her identity, and ultimately, the atmosphere of her home.
This initiative equips women to:
Process emotions with clarity instead of suppression

This initiative calls men higher—not with condemnation, but with clarity.
We equip fathers to:

The BEFORE & AFTER Family Initiative was birthed through the lived experiences and spiritual insight of Allen Lawrence Boddie-Chapman and Judy Eve Lawrence Lamb—a mother and son united by purpose.
With over 40 years of combined ministry experience, they have not only taught restoration—they have lived through the realities of imbalance, single parenthood, and the emotional weight of raising children without full partnership.
They understand what happens BEFORE the healing.
And they are committed to guiding families into what comes AFTER.
