Judy Lawrence Lamb

Judy Lawrence Lamb is a dynamic author, motivational speaker, and faith-driven leader whose life and work exemplify the power of perseverance, family, and purpose. As an Executive Leader of The Chosen Ones Ministry Network and Co-Visionary of both The Agape Love Ministries and The Before and After Ministries, she has dedicated her life to restoring family unity, spiritual reconciliation, and generational healing through Christ-centered initiatives that strengthen communities from the inside out. Summary of Experience Judy’s journey is marked by a lifelong passion for empowering others—especially through education, literacy, mentorship, ministry,music and now widowhood. Her extensive background bridges the worlds of faith, education, and community engagement, allowing her to reach people of all ages and walks of life. As a former Writing Tutor and President of the Golden Key International Honor Society at Norfolk State University, Judy demonstrated academic excellence and a natural gift for guiding others toward their potential. 
Her leadership extended beyond the classroom when she founded and advised the “Reflections of Beauty—The Together Sisters” Mentoring Program, an initiative designed to uplift and instill self-worth in young women navigating life’s challenges. A devoted servant-leader, Judy’s ministry involvement spans decades of faithful service at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Suffolk, Virginia, where she served in numerous capacities—including: President of the Missionary Circle, Founder and President of the First Lady Ministry, Assistant Church Secretary, Choir and Praise Team Member, Co-founder along with Rev. Brenda Boone-Smith of the Children’s Choir, Member of Pastor’s Aide and Beautification Club. Her commitment to ministry and family extended to Calvary Church in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she served as a Sunday School Teacher and Vacation Bible School counselor nurturing spiritual growth through teaching and discipleship. Beyond ministry, Judy’s professional experience reflects a deep sense of compassion and service. She has worked as a Substitute Teacher for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System, a Teacher’s Assistant for Suffolk Public Schools, and a Direct Support Professional at Ryan’s Place, where she provided care and encouragement to individuals with special needs, and Sr.Director of Mary Kay Cosmetics. Her early career included time as a Bank Teller for First National City Bank (Citibank) and Bank of America, instilling her with a strong work ethic and an appreciation for the everyday resilience of working families. Judy is also a member of the Salvation Army Women Auxiliary.
